Are you passionate about cars and social media Then we have got an opportunity for YOU!Join Jeff White Motors in Cardiff as our new Website Administrator and help us showcase our exceptional vehicles online. Were looking for a creative individual to take photos and videos of our valeted cars and manage our social media presence.Website AdministratorCardiff, CF11 6NY

  • £23,000 - £26,000 per annum dependent on experience
  • Full time, Permanent
  • Full UK driving licence required
Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKAt Jeff White Motors, were more than just a car dealership; were a family-run business that prides itself on providing an exceptional car-buying experience. Established in 1988, we specialise in low mileage, one-owner vehicles, and offer manufacturer-standardservicing.As South Wales number one dealership with 500 quality pre-owned vehicles, we ensure no buyer or admin fees and a hassle-free experience.About the RoleAs our new Website Administrator, you will be responsible for capturing the essence of our vehicles and sharing it with the world. Your creativity and attention to detail will help us maintain our online presence and attract new customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Take high-quality photos and videos of all valeted cars.
  • Upload content to our website (training provided).
  • Create and update social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed.
Working hours:
  • Mondays to Thursdays (9am – 6pm)
  • Fridays (9am – 7pm)
  • 1 hour lunch
  • Weekend overtime
The Ideal PersonWe are looking for a motivated and creative individual who loves cars and social media.No prior photography experience is needed, but a general knowledge or interest in cars is beneficial.Jeff White Motors is a tight-knit team where everyone pitches in to get the job done!Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have a full, valid UK driving licence
  • Adept at using computers and adept at learning the ropes with different software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for social media
