Job Description

About the team: The Operations department supports the Bank by delivering a high level of customer service and meeting customer needs from offer to redemption on mortgages. Our team covers both the Kent Reliance and Interbay brands in both the UK and OSBI.About us: OSB Group is a leading specialist mortgage lender, primarily focused on carefully selected segments of the mortgage market. Our specialist lending is supported by our Kent Reliance and Charter Savings Bank retail savings franchises. Diversification of funding is provided by sophisticated securitisation platforms. OSBs unique cost-efficient operating model is supported by our wholly-owned subsidiary OSBIndia.What you will be doing: In this role, you will be managing third party print relationships across the Group with particular focus on performance in line with contractual commitments, vendor management standards and the relevant regulatory requirements.Your responsibilities will include…

  • Managing third party suppliers to ensure they are able to meet the Banks growth and strategy plans
  • Producing the Group Operations forecast and budget with regular updates provided to stakeholders and print spend being monitored
  • Continuous reviews of print management activities as well as letter and statement production across the OSB Group
  • Holding regular service review meetings with third party suppliers
  • Documenting business cases and recommendations on process improvements
  • Supporting with contract negotiations and pricing structures of new services and change requests
  • Line management and coaching of one direct report based in OSB India
  • In return for your commitment: We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £28,000 - £32,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

  • Previous work experience in vendor and budget management
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management processes
  • Experience implementing process improvements and managing multiple projects
  • Detailed knowledge of the Data Protection Act, Anti Money Laundering, MCOB, BCOBs
