Job Description

Do you want to form part of the finance senior leadership team of a global business based in Chelmsford, EssexPure are pleased to be recruiting the role of Global Finance Shared Service Manager that will lead a large team across multiple sites.This is an employer of choice for the Essex region where you can take ownership if a senior role that adds significant value not just to finance, but the wider business.Key Responsibilities: -

Manage a large transactional global team across multiple sites
Responsible for finance shared services consisting of Credit and Collections, Accounts Payable and employee expenses,
Ensure timely processing of invoices and expenses in accordance to policy,
Provide consistent and accurate cash forecasting for inflow and outflow activities to achieve cashflow targets,
Drive process improvement and alignment within the shared services organisation,
Lead and coordinate the annual SOX walkthrough and narrative update process,
Manage internal and external audits for the UK,
Serve as Global process owner for SAP ERP system improvements for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable,
Ensure compliance and adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures,
Support ad hoc projects and duties as required.

The candidate:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
Experience within a large complex multi-site business is desirable
Medium to large team management exposure
Exposure to US GAAP and SOX compliance
Ability to travel abroad
