Assembly Technician Location: Chertsey (no access by public transport, transport is needed to get to site)Salary: £33K-35K (DOE)Job DescriptionDo you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and quality are paramount We are seeking a highly motivated Assembly Technicians to join an exciting start-up that are looking to scale at apace. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuringthe accurate assembly and functionality of the products, if you have a keen eye for detail and have exceptional Electro-Mechanical skills then you should definitely apply. Responsibilities:

• Meticulously inspect all components to meet stringent quality standards before assembly.
• Precisely assemble products according to established procedures, adhering to exacting specifications, ideally from an electro-mechanical background.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on finished products to verify functionality, durability, and cosmetic perfection.
• Efficiently maintain an organised inventory of components and oversee the timely ordering of supplies.
• Perform comprehensive product testing to guarantee functionality and user satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and quality control checks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals and continuously improve assembly methods.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience in assembling Precision components.
• Strong manual dexterity and proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment.
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies (training provided).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, time keeping and working with minimal supervision is critical.
• Computer literacy for accurate documentation and inventory management.
• Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
