Enjoy competitive salary, modern office perks, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.Customer Service Coordinator - Chesterfield - (12 months contract)An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a world-leading, established forward-thinking company based in Chesterfield.Customer Service Coordinator role:You will be working in a busy spare customer service division- where you will be the first point of contact for customers, following a customer order process. You will have the self-confidence to liaise internally with several departments, quoting and orderprocessing, handle internal and external calls, work to weekly and monthly targets, chase outstanding quotations and self-manage an incredibly high workload.Customer Service Coordinator Experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in providing excellent customer service is essential
  • Good standard of general education (English and Maths at Grade C or above would normally be expected) or equivalent level of education
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, email required); experience of using SAP would be an advantage, but training will be given
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as an excellent team player.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to manage time and workloads with good focus.
Customer Service Coordinator - What they are offering:
