Job Description

Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Trainee Business Development Sales Executive who will play a key role in expanding our clients customer base, building strong customer relationships, and increasing sales revenue.Full Time/PermanentBased in ChorleyMon-FriThe ideal candidate is ambitious, customer-oriented, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:* Maintain and manage a customer portfolio through strategic offers and ethical sales methods to ensure profitability.* Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs to effectively tailor solutions.* Timely handle and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate communication channels.* Coordinate product procurement according to customer specifications and company protocols.* Promote internal collaboration to optimize service quality, drive business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. * Resolve customer and supplier issues, including financial matters, with tact and efficiency.* Represent the company at customer meetings and presentations, maintaining professionalism at all times.* Monitor and analyze market and customer trends, providing timely reports to support strategic decisions.* Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand customer base and revenue streams.* Promote the companys offerings to prospective customers to ensure a consistent and professional image.* Monitor competitor activities and gather information to remain market leaders.* Collaborate with global business units to leverage sales opportunities and maximize company revenue.* Ensure meticulous completion of all administrative sales tasks within specified deadlines.* Regularly update and maintain the customer database to ensure accuracy and relevance.* Develop and implement account planning strategies as needed to support business goals.* Participate in industry events and functions for networking and effective representation of the company.
