Job Description

Nexus Recruitment are seeking an Assistant Property Manager for an established company based in Central London. You will be working alongside a hard working and focused team where your skills within the role will be cheered on to come out. The position willinvolve you working alongside the Property Manager as well as your own responsibilities.Details: Location: Central LondonSalary: £30k-£32kFully office BasedDuties:

  • Monitoring emails
  • Liaising and reporting to the property manager
  • Assisting with the property manager on arranging and preparing documents
  • Shadow site visits and liaise with contractors on organising works
  • Take minutes at AGMs
You will be joining be joining a medium size company with a sociable team and a clear pathway to progression. This is a position where if you are looking for a clear opportunity to work your way up then you may want to consider it.Requirements:
  • 1+ year experience in Property Management
  • TPI qualifications desired, but not essential
  • Personable
  • Well organised
