HR Operations Manager- 12-month fixed term contractCentral London - Office based£120,000 per annum + completion bonusNetwork HR are leading an exciting search for a HR Operations Manager to join a small, speciality Insurance client for 12 months whilst they undergo significant transformation. As the HR Operations Manager, you will support the Group Head of People to drivechange through the team and execute strategic and BAU projects across HR with the objective of delivering first-class HR services to the senior team and all Partnership Group employees. You will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the HR function, includingoperations, payroll, and benefits admin, ensuring smooth processes, procedures, reporting and analysis along with supervising the HR departments day to day administrative tasks.
