Prestigious UK law firm is hiring a new Legal PA to join the growing Employment Team on a permanent basis, working with the Senior PA’s to provide first-class support to the Lawyers and Partners in the team.Up to £28,000Stunning City office locationHybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 remotelyKey Duties for the Junior Legal PA include:• Arranging meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments, check rooms prior to meeting etc. and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external• Undertake large and small copying requests and bind and finish copied work as appropriate• Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc. from a variety of sources, in house style and in line with the firms specific systems/procedures• Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets and graphs• Proofreading and checking documents to ensure they are correct, in line with house style• Undertake all file closing procedures and process archive retrieval requests• Maintain all filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner• Assisting with the Billing and Credit Control process• Communicate and liaise with Lawyers and Legal Assistants on file management issuesKey Requirement for the Junior Legal PA include:• Previous Legal Administration / Junior Legal PA experience within a law firm• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint• Strong Typing skills• Excellent Communication and organisational skills.
