Our client is one of the leading global law firms with over 40 offices in Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. Their Investment Funds team advises on all aspects of investment funds and pooled investment with a particular focuson alternative investment funds such as real estate, infrastructure and private equity funds. We are now looking for an exceptional Private Equity and Investment Funds Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join their busy, successful, and highly regarded Investment Fundsteam.Senior Knowledge Lawyer - Private Equity and Investment FundsLondon£330-400K plus excellent benefits package.To be successful in this role:We are looking for a senior investment funds lawyer, with at least seven years of post-qualification experience (or equivalent) and who has worked at a senior associate or higher level in private practice. The successful candidate will have a broad rangeof experience across investment funds in a range of real asset classes, as well as key regulation such as the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive, and ideally also some experience with listed funds. Additional experience in corporate real estatevehicles would also be a bonus. Previous experience in a knowledge lawyer role within a comparable practice team may be beneficial but is not essential, and other requirements for this role include:
