Job Description

We are delighted to be working alongside a leading company within their field to recruit a Recruitment and Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will support recruitment and on-boarding activities and also assist with ensuring all colleagues areup to date with training in line with company guidelines. Our clientis happy to consider applications from those with recruitment or training experienceand also strong administrators. Full training will be provided. A competitive salary, excellent benefitspackage and hybrid working are all included with this opportunity.Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for the recruitment inbox, answering incoming emails
  • Liaising with Line Managers to identify recruitment and training needs
  • Create adverts, review CVs, organise and conduct interviews for live job vacancies
  • Make job offers and take charge of all the on-boardingfor new starters
  • Participate in career events and job fairs
  • Liaise with recruitmentagencies, brief jobs and keep in regularcontact over active roles
  • Work with HR Manager to identify training needs
  • Assist implementing training programmes
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required
Key Skills
  • IT proficient - a excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Organised and accurate work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to deadlines
