We are working with a friendly established family business who are looking for a Bookkeeper / Accounts Technician on a part-time basis.The business is growing, and this brings a fantastic opportunity for the right person to develop and progress in this bookkeeper / accounts / finance role.EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:* Location: Cleckheaton, with flexibility* Days / Hours: 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility* Salary: FTE £25 - 30k per annum* Holidays: 24 days holiday, plus bank holidays* Benefits: pension scheme, bonus, free parking, free refreshments* Opportunities: If you want to learn and grow with the business, youll be recognised and rewarded. As the business grows, so does the team so there is opportunity for progression for the right candidate.As a Bookkeeper / Accounts Technician, youll enjoy coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:* Perform a wide variety of finance tasks from credit control through to reporting.* Post customer receipts and supplier payments keeping records tidy and up to date.* Manage nominal ledger journals.* Prepare and send customer statements.* Resolve queries.* Complete bank reconciliations, VAT returns and period ends.* Pay UK & International suppliers.* Carry out banking duties.* Assist with the completion of R&D claims.* Assist with the completion of funding applications.Your skills as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Technician:* Have experience working with Business Central, Dynamics 365, NAV, or Navision.* Have experience working across several finance packages.* Have strong IT skills and are tech savvy.* Have good commercial awareness.* Have excellent communication skills and can explain financial information in simple terms.* Can demonstrate excellent attention to detail.* Act confidentially.* Are forward thinking and embraces new ways of doing.* AAT level 3+ or qualified by experience.ABOUT THE COMPANY:Our client is a friendly established family business whose passion is keeping commercial vehicles cool.
