Job Description

Immediate StartTemporary to Permanent40 hours per week between 8 am - 5 pm Monday to FridayTransport Required due to location£24,000 per annumOur client, a leader in distribution services, is seeking a customer focused individual to join their busy team.Main Tasks:

Utilise the CRM system to collate records and track customer complaint resolutions
Keep customers updated
Deal with customer queries
Oversee booking in of delivery times and follow up on timed deliveries
Provide quotes to customers

Person Spec:

GCSEs at grade A - C in English Language and Maths or equivalent
Previous experience of working within an office based customer focused environment
Must be a team player
Accurate Data entry skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Confident Telephone manner
Able to work at pace
The ability to prioritise your workload effectively
Sound IT skills
