Care & Repair Western Bay is a registered Charity working across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot to ensure that all older people have homes that are safe, secure and appropriate to their needs. We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Officerto join our busy team.This post will involve speaking with clients on the telephone and by email, completing referrals for various housing- related works, recording and updating all paper and computer records relating to referrals, and liaising with various external organisations,e.g. statutory sector health, social care and housing professionals and third sector partners.
