Job Description

Do you have previous experience in empty property rubbish clearances, general bricklaying, minor roofing, plastering and groundworks Then Our client may have just the job for you!Our Client is looking for a general building Labourer to carry out minor building work, general maintenance, and improvements to their properties and to deliver a high-quality repairs service whilst maintaining their homes to the highest standard.This role will be working a 40hr week in and around the Vale of Glamorgan and Valleys area, you will also be part of their paid out of hours Rota.Salary: £19,760Labourer Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License (Essential)
  • General knowledge of all aspects of domestic building maintenance and repairs
  • This is a demanding and challenging customer service delivery role, and you should enjoy working under your own initiative and managing a busy workload, whilst also being a team player with great customer service and communication skills.

  • 24 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days, and bank holidays
  • SICK PAY – 1-month full pay plus 1-month half pay (after probation)

  • OUT OF HOURS - A place on the out of hours rota, potentially earning another £5,000pa
  • OVERTIME – available 7 days per week, with prior agreement from your manager
