Qualified Social Worker - Older Persons Mental Health TeamPart time or full time (22.5 or 37 hours)Vale of GlamorganPay rate to be confirmedA Qualified Social Worker is required to join the Older Persons Mental Health team based at Llandough Hospital on behalf of the Vale of Glamorgan Social Services on either a full time basis or part time basis. The part time role will run until January 2021 and the full time role until November 2020. Duties and responsibilities for this role include:* Managing a complex case load of clients with secondary mental health needs* Undertake capacity act assessments* Best interest meetings* Section 117To apply for this role you will need to hold a social work qualification and be registered with the Social Care Wales.
