Senior Financial Planner - manage some existing clients from the CEO, £80k - £100k basic salary plus attractive benefits bonus and benefits package - Cobham (Surrey) - Take home pay c.£150kA key client of mine who I have met and worked with very closely over the past year are a Chartered IFA business with a very ethical and values driven culture and ethos. I have placed 3 staff into the business and they are looking to expand their team witha brand new Financial Adviser. The business has been operating for many years and has built an outstanding reputation for providing holistic financial planning services to local clients who are families, retirees and some City professionals. They pride themselveson offer the highest quality service to clients and generate new business purely through recommendation and referral. They offer advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, protections and esoteric investment schemes such as VCT/EIS/SEIS.This role will be suitable for a Financial Planner who is either Chartered or working towards their Chartered status with at least 3 - 5 years of solid advising experience and who has the gravitas and capabilities to work with HNW clients and provide a qualityservice. The Directors do not require an adviser to bring clients with them, but if you have any clients who match their investment proposition then they will welcome clients being onboarded. The CEO has too many clients and is also trying to run the business at the same time. They are looking to pass on some of their clients to a new adviser to free up his time to manage and expand the business. The role will be a mix of managing existing clients(£300k - multiple millions per client) but there will be an expectation that you can generate some new business and build upon any client recommendations and referrals. Client meetings are held in the office unless there are exceptional circumstances, e.g.elderly and vulnerable clients so the role would be office based but some WFH can be offered once you are bedded into the business.
