Our payroll department in Colchester is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Senior to join our team.Role Overview:As a Payroll Senior, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll processes for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. You will work closely with and support other payroll team members and report directly to the PayrollManager. Handling client queries and maintaining high standards of communication and accuracy in complex payroll scenarios will be key aspects of your role.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for a diverse client base- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing- Handle and resolve client queries efficiently- Support and collaborate with payroll team members- Report to the Payroll Manager- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirementsQualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar payroll role with a focus on UK payroll
  • In-depth knowledge of UK payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Iris Staffology experience would be a great.
