“In the balance of life, accounting is the equilibrium that keeps everything in check.” Olivia MartinezSheridan Maine is thrilled to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner for an established and reputable organisation based in Coleshill, Birmingham.In this pivotal role, you will take full responsibility for the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet for one of our client’s key regions. Your expertise in financial reporting, processes, forecasts, and analyses will be critical in supporting growth anddriving financial strategy for our client.Your responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner will include:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and maintain robust financial processes.
Conduct detailed financial forecasts and analyses.
Provide insightful financial advice and support to business stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in financial performance and processes.
Develop and implement best financial practices and contribute to the implementation of the new ERP System.

We are seeking a pragmatic and business-savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, with a proven track record in financial management and a keen eye for detail. This role offers significant opportunities forpersonal and professional development within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.Key Skills and Attributes:

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), part-qualified or QBE.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and processes.
Project accounting experience is preferred.
