Logistics People are currently looking for a Driving Operations Coordinator to join our team.Location: Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8ETWorking Hours: 5 Out Of 7 Rolling Rota 08:00 - 17:30Shifts AvailablePay Rate: £30,100 P/aWe are seeking a friendly, outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our successful and growing business. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support.We need someone who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with great attention to detail. Managing a fleet of drivers
Updating all drivers working patterns on the rota, including new and current drivers
Handling drivers shifts, sickness, holiday requests, and overtime
Coordinating daily with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations
Addressing any issues or complaints from drivers and depots
Investigating and reporting incidents between depots and drivers
Recording and maintaining all driver records, ensuring legal compliance and addressing driver infringements
Managing the CRM system to ensure all data accurate and up to date
