Job Description

Training, Compliance and Health & Safety Manager opportunity available working for a leading healthcare organisation based in Hull.The role:To be responsible for compiling training plans and delivering all mandatory and skills training requirements to organisations staff.To be responsible for ensuring all staff are trained on appropriate Trust site specific procedures.To provide efficient, accurate, quality and timely administration functions within agreed parameters and budgets across all sites.To ensure compliance with all organisations policies including Health & Safety, HR policies and current employment law. Training compliance where appropriate.To formulate and manage all training plans in conjunction with the Management team.To provide statistical and financial data to the management team at the contract. Coordinate and produce all company and Client reports for presentation.To ensure accurate, auditable records are kept for all services.To carry out internal audits, qual 100 audits and ensure all domestic services and Health and Safety compliance is audited and action plans produced and implemented to rectify.To deputise in the absence of the Domestic Manager, on call duties pro rota,working a 5 over 7 shift.To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your work activities. To carry out internal Health and Safety audits.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Train the Trainer – Level 3 or 4 (preferred)NEBOSH / IOSH qualification (desirable)Proficient in IT – including Microsoft office, excel, powerpoint, word and statistical systemsExperience in undertaking audits against agreed specificationsDemonstrable experience of training, administration management systems and spreadsheetsThis opportunity is available on a full-time basis working 40 hours per week. Some weekend and evening work required as and when needed but you will be able to work flexibly and earn your time back for any out of hours shifts required.Salary is paying up to £34,580 plus excellent benefits.
