Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to work for a school and inspire students in their educational journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to create a positive learning environment.Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum- Provide individualised support to students to enhance their learning experience- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using appropriate behaviour management strategies- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues- Utilise various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure educational goals are metQualifications:- Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification- Experience in teaching Special Education Needs (SEN) students is advantageous- Proficiency in English language teaching- Strong tutoring skills to support students in their academic development- Ability to educate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and abilities- Effective behaviour management skills to create a conducive learning environmentJoin us in shaping the future generation through education and make a positive impact on young minds.
