Job Description

We are looking for a Payroller to join our client in Coventry. This exciting role will involve managing payroll processes and getting on board for an upcoming Project - this is not one to be missed!Client DetailsMy client is a successful manufacturing business based in Coventry. They have an immediate requirement to recruit a Payroller into their team on a temporary to permanent basis.Description

  • Manage and execute payroll processes accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
  • Prepare payroll reports for management as required
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and company policies
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
  • Assist with year-end procedures such as P60 distribution
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
ProfileA successful Payroller should have:
  • A strong understanding of payroll processes and UK payroll legislation
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in payroll software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
