This is an exceptional opportunity and would suit an ambitious and driven HR Officer or HR Advisor now seeking to step up to regional HRBP level (i.e.: stepping into a role that offers a real focus on business partnering with operational site leaders) and someonewho is prepared to make a significant difference. The regional HRBP role offers the opportunity to be an influential business partner to several regional site GMs and operational site Managers and to build strong credible relationships offering support asa trusted advisor. The regional HRBP is a hybrid working role, a mix of working from home with site visits to build relationships and credibility across the region. The HRBP will work collaboratively with the wider HR team acting as a trusted advisor to site business Managersat local sites in their region addressing local employee relations issues and providing credible HR guidance and support and wherever necessary coaching managers on performance management, ER (involved in complex casework), absence management, HR policiesand procedures, Talent management, training, leadership development, coaching and people development, Tupe, Union exposure, data driven analysis, HR projects and drive wider HR initiatives, compensation reviews and everything HR related. This role offers theopportunity to work as part of a strong close-knit wider UK HR Team and support their global HR team on a range of wider HR initiatives. The HRBP will gain experience and exposure driving integration and alignment of corporate global HR, HR initiatives andlead on implementation of strong culture/company values gaining experience working on corporate, local and commercial HR activities. The HRBP role offers the opportunity to build a credible presence at sites, become a true "business partner" to the site senior leadership teams, take responsibility for delivering outstanding support to the regional sites and ownership of offering a first-classHR service covering all things HR related.KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLESupport the site management teams in promoting a culture of performance, implement strong values and operational excellenceAs a trusted HRBP for senior site leaders and managers drive key changes locally by providing pragmatic HR advice and coachingIdentify key trends in people metrics and data analysis to drive action plans to ensure improvements. Supporting and working with site business leaders to drive and champion engagement across the sitesDrive key changes locally by providing pragmatic HR advice and coaching and having a real curiosity and desire to understand the business to formulate plans to ensure the HR function effectively supports the operational objectives, driving improvements in engagementinclusion, competency, absence and attrition.
