Job Description

The CompanyOur client is a successful manufacturing company. Due to growth, they require a Customer Support Administrator. On offer is the chance to work for a market leader and an attractive salary.The Role

  • Support the business objectives for customer service with the flexibility and responsiveness to meet the variable demands.
  • Provide customer care for external and internal customers alike, managing customer expectation in line with targets and values.
  • Proportionally coordinate and support sales through the processing of customer orders, complaints and all associated administration.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers; ensuring a professional attitude and approach at all times.
  • Develop relationships with both customers and colleagues with a clear focus on trust and transparency.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure swift and timely customer response; organising workload to meet customer expectation and business time frames.
  • Working to all business procedures, protocols, authority levels and to the company’s financial controls.
  • Work closely with Team Leader to establish best practice and ensure that agreed ways of working are maintained.
The Person
  • You will have previous sales administration experience ideally from engineering or manufacturing background.
  • Sales order processing experience is preferred.
  • You will have experience of working in a customer service or sales role managing customer accounts within a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience using sales order processing and CRM systems.
  • Strong planning, organisation skills and time management skills to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always achieved and put first.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
  • IT literate, particularly Microsoft packages, including excel.
