Job Description

Are you an experienced Audit Senior looking for an exciting new opportunity Crowe Watson Recruitment is thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious firm of Chartered Accountants based in Crawley. This dynamic firm is renowned for its commitmentto delivering exceptional client service and fostering a supportive and progressive work environment. They are now seeking a dedicated Audit Senior to join their team and contribute to their continued success.In this role, you will be entrusted with managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to large corporates. You will lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring that high standards are maintained throughout. The firmplaces a strong emphasis on professional development, providing ample opportunities for career progression and continuous learning.As an Audit Senior, you will be expected to work closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing them with insightful advice. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and supporting their growth. This is a fantasticopportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about audit and eager to make a significant impact within a leading accountancy firm.Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit engagements from planning to completion for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality service and advice.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of current auditing standards and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
