Job Description

Are you a proactive, customer focused professional eager to excel in a dynamic and collaborative environment Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their growing team in Crawley. If you thrive on building relationships and contributingto business growth, we want to hear from you! Salary and benefits:

  • Salary up to £28,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (Early finish on Fridays!)
  • Office based position
  • 4 weeks paid holiday
  • Free onsite parking

  • Full training provided
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing sales and product support to customers
  • Processing new enquiries from customers and suppliers daily
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Typing up and processing orders received via phone calls and emails
  • Handling quotations on a daily basis and assisting with follow ups
  • Contacting existing customers with promotions and special offers
  • Updating internal sales systems
Desirable Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to mange time and workload effectively
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience working withing a Trade/Construction background (Not Essential)
  • Sage 200 experience
