You must be dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn, grow,and thrive. You must have a love for learning and always determined to providing the best possible start in life for every child.Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children aged 0-5.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Observe and assess childrens development, providing feedback to parents and carers.
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
Ensure all activities meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
Experience working in an early years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
