Here, at CrossReach’s Short Breaks service, children and young people enjoy time away from home. Based in Glasgow we have been providing residential care for children & young people with learning disabilities and complex needs for almost 30 years.The children and young people we support have faced more challenges than most. Our team is close-knit and supportive and whatever yourbackground we will ensure that you have the right support and training to make a difference every day you come to work.Ideally you have experience of working with children, particularly those with a learning disability. However, what is equally important is you and the creativity, innovation and enthusiasm that you can bring to this really important role.
