Be the friendly face behind IT support, helping colleagues across the company.
Handle helpdesk requests, ensuring they’re prioritised and resolved promptly.
Tackle first-line support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Dive into hardware and network setups, software upgrades, and database maintenance.
Keep systems, printers, and networks running smoothly.
Create and manage user accounts.
