Overview:A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Cwmbran office dealing with mortgages up to £500k,with an average property value of £175k.Main Duties:An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with an established team of professional introducers in the Cwmbran area.Over 200 properties were sold per month in 2023, according to Rightmove, offering plenty of mortgage appointments. Our client will allow you as an experienced mortgage advisor to carry out 10 new mortgage appointments per week.
