Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they secure the right deal for their needs.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial goals.
Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a panel of lenders.
Prepare and submit mortgage applications efficiently.
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents throughout the process.
Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Previous sales experience, preferably in a financial or customer service role.
Clean credit history.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and develop.

Our client offers:

Competitive salary structure:
- Basic salary up to £20,000
- Guaranteed income of £29,000 for the first 5 months, including car allowance.

Commission scheme offering the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings.
OTE of £40,000 in year 1, £60,000 thereafter.
