Job Description

Job Brief:An innovative business in Derby is looking for a Training Administrator to manage and coordinate training sessions across the UK on a temporary to permanent position. As the Training Administrator, you will be ensuring the training operations run smoothly,and enhancing the overall training experience for customers.Duties include:

  • Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the schedules and diaries of the Trainers
  • Session Coordination: Organise and coordinate training sessions across the UK
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the primary contact for customers, organizing logistics and ensuring seamless training experiences
  • Onsite Support: Welcome trainees onsite, facilitate logistics, and manage lunch orders
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate training records and documentation
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the training team
  • Training Materials Development: Assist in the creation and improvement of training materials
  • Post-Training Coordination: Ensure customers receive feedback, certification documents, and follow-up information promptly
As the Training Administrator you should have previous administrative experience, ideally within a training or educational context. It would be advantageous if you have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, but it’s notessential.In return you will be offered a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday in the office, 8:30am - 5:00pm with half an hour for lunch. This is a temporary to permanent position. For the right candidate, oncepermanent, you will have 23 days annual leave (including Christmas shut down) + Bank Holidays, Generous pension scheme, Early finish Fridays, Team socials.
