Job Description

Do you thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a versatile and adaptable cover supervisor for a comprehensive secondary school in the Dover area. This is a full time long term position starting in September 2024with a daily rate of between £90 and £110 a day depending on experience.The Role:

Supervise and manage the classroom
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive learning environment at all times
Maintain the behaviour within the classroom following the schools behaviour policy
Support students in their learning and engagement within a variety of subjects
Ensure the students have access to what they need in order to complete their work effectively

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments
Previous experience within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
Legal right to work in the UK
