They are currently seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to our continuedsuccess.Location: DoverSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + Bonus after the probationary periodType: Full-Time, Fully Office-BasedKey Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for steel fabrication projects.
Conduct cost analysis and performance reporting for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budget management.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure alignment with budget estimates.
Provide regular financial progress reports and advice on cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction, marine, or engineering sectors, with a focus on steel fabrication projects.
Strong analytical and financial management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and quantity surveying tools.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
