Job Description

An experienced and dedicated Warehouse Operative with at least 1 year of warehouse experience is needed to join our team at Vax, the leading floorcare specialists based in Stonebridge Cross, on a full-time basis.Working on a 6-week shift rotation, we are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals who will support the smooth operation of our Warehouse facility in Stonebridge Cross, Droitwich Spa.We offer a 6-week working pattern:

6:00 am - 2:00 pm for 2 weeks - Monday to Friday
2:00 pm - 10:00 pm for 2 weeks - Monday to Friday
10:00 am - 6:00 pm for 2 weeks - Wednesday to Sunday

To contribute to the smooth and efficient running of all operational activities carried out within the warehouse
Loading and unloading of containers, lorries, and vans
Receiving, checking, and inspecting incoming goods, ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and quality
To pick, package, and label customer orders to achieve agreed turn-round targets before despatch
To carry out quality control checks and to count and record stock figures
To meet the volume and productivity targets set in relation to the agreed company goals and objectives whilst ensuring all customers requirements are always fulfilled

Required Skills:

1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
Always follow Health & Safety and Quality standards
To be able to lift and carry weights up to 18kg
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in line with productivity standards
