In this key role, youll ensure our estates are safe, clean, and welcoming for residents. Youll also lead resident engagement on building safety, manage the servicecharge process, and oversee community centres.   • Lead a team to deliver top-notch estate services and resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee building safety compliance and resident engagement.
  • Manage service charges, ensuring accuracy, communication, and resident value.
  • Manage community centres, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Provide strong leadership, motivation, and development to your team.
Were looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience in property management or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to health and safety, compliance, and risk management.
  • A passion for building strong communities.
  • Manage service charges and resident enquiries.
