Cactus Search are delighted to be supporting a leading Pension provider in their search to secure a new Head of Data Management for their members.The primary focus of this role is to manage the accuracy of scheme data. This role will drive the strategy data strategy to improve the integrity of the data cycle of the customer journey, thereby enabling the operation to utilise technology to deliver an exceptionalexperience for all its members.Key to the effectiveness of this role, is expert knowledge of how defined benefit pension scheme data gets used in practice, as well as the ability to report and analyse scheme data.In order to be successful in this role you need to have the following..Experienced in Defined Benefit schemes with an excellent understanding of reporting requirements within a regulated environmentStrong people skills, with the ability to communicate and engage at all levels, both internally and externallyExceptional analytical skillsOrganisational strategic awareness, with the ability to develop strategic solutions in a commercial environmentStrong IT skills, in particular ExcelStrong technical understanding of DB pensions and the data behind themIf you would like to learn more about this opportunity, please send your application in via the apply button today.We look forward to hearing from you!
