Job Description

Are you a motivated and creative graduate looking for a dynamic role in a busy Wealth Management PractiseOur Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a team of Financial Advisers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and autonomous business within the highly acclaimed Wealth Management network who offer progression!Remuneration: £22,500 - £24,000 per annumContract Details: Permanent, Full-time - 8.30am to 5pm Monday to FridayLocated in the heart of Edinburgh, the office is conveniently situated just a short walk from Haymarket train station and West End tram station. Our client offers offer a friendly and collaborative working atmosphere, where their clients are always at thecentre of their focus.As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the practise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing daily business transactions
  • Managing and responding to email queries
  • Purchasing and maintaining office supplies
  • Supporting fee earners in their tasks
  • Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and databases
  • Handling phone, email, and written queries from clients
  • Building relationships with clients to anticipate their needs
  • Performing audio typing, scanning, and filing tasks
  • Assisting in the preparation of client meetings
  • Managing diaries and making appointments
  • Supporting various personal and business projects
To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated, able to multitask, and comfortable with a flexible working environment. While prior administrative experience is preferred, we are willing to provide training and support to the right candidate.
