  • Develop and implement effective eCommerce strategies to drive online sales.
  • A/b testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Analyse eCommerce performance metrics and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive online customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Monitor competition and stay updated on the latest eCommerce trends.
  • Oversee the management of product listings and categories on the website.
ProfileA successful eCommerce Manager should have:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
