We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Face-to-Face Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the local office in theheart of Edinburgh.You will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure which will cost you £25.Position: Face-to-Face Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Customer Hub, 249 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1YJStart Date: ASAP36 hours per week - Monday - FridayHours of work: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 16:15, Friday 08:30 - 16:00. 30 minute break.Hourly Rate: £12.81Role Information:The Customer Contact Adviser will play a crucial role in providing and collecting information related to various customer contacts.Responsibilities:

  • Interact with residents face-to-face, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Welcoming customers
  • Checking candidates in
  • Providing a ticket for appointments.
  • Take payments, process service requests, and manage customer information accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Ensure customer contacts are handled with efficiency and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant information and policies to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
