Job Description

The Fee Charger role is an integral part of our finance department within the Professional Services industry, responsible for handling financial documents and maintaining accurate records.Client DetailsOur client is a renowned entity in the Legal sector - boasting a team of over 2000 dedicated employees.   • Manage and accurately record financial transactions.
  • Prepare invoices and issue them to clients.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve any discrepancies in payments.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy in financial documents.
  • Perform periodic audits to detect any financial irregularities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Dealing with Solicitors and various stakeholders
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to financial planning strategies.
ProfileA successful Fee Charger should have:
  • A background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A comprehensive understanding of financial processes and regulations.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
