Search Recruitment are partnering with an established organisation in Edinburgh to recruit a Finance Manager on a part-time (2 days per week), permanent basis with hybrid working. Within the role, youll be responsible for leading the financial planning,analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. Whats in it for you:* A salary of circa 40-45k, depending on experience.* Flexible & hybrid working. * Generous leave allowance.Your key responsibilities will include:* Lead the annual financial planning and review cycle, collaborating with senior stakeholders. * Produce financial plans, ensuring the financial resilience of medium to long-term strategies and priorities.* Produce and analyse financial management reports, including monthly management accounts, balance sheet analysis, and weekly cash position reports.* Prepare year-end accounts and manage audit process. * Manage and control accounting systems to ensure accuracy and good practice.* Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Skills and experience youll ideally have:* Accounting qualification. * Knowledge of financial regulatory and VAT compliance. * Advanced skills in the use of accounting software. * Demonstrable experience in leading financial planning and management accounting. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of business.
