Job Description

This role offers a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience with a rewards package including up to 20% annual bonus, pension plan, employee discounts and flexible benefits, plus 31 days annual leave and 6 bank holidays. We also have a free onsitegym, subsidised restaurant and Costa coffee shop.Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (full time).About the roleThis is an exciting new opportunity to join a first in class Key Customer Servicing function who provide an end to end case management service for our high value and strategically important customers. We’re looking for someone with experience and the necessaryleadership behaviours to drive and embed a best-in-class servicing model for our key customer base - the key goal being to deliver a robust end-to-end case ownership model which sets us apart from our competitors.This role will ensure that the Key Customer Services team actively monitors, and positively impacts, business performance relating to key customers e.g. meter reading, debt, billing completeness, service incidents etc.Reporting to the Head of Metering & Billing you will lead two Team Managers to deliver against the business objectives and enhance the operations efficiency, maximising revenue and overseeing major initiatives around governance and control.About youYou will possess the necessary experience gained at a similar size organisation to support Business Stream in defining an enduring and market leading Key Customer Servicing model by using your leadership skills to set direction and clarity of expectation,creating a high performing team through continual coaching and motivation.Having led and managed teams at a comparable stakeholder level, you will have substantial expertise inspiring, motivating, and efficiently handling performance and have the ability to think strategically, operationally and analytically at pace.You will instil a oneteam’ approach by liaising and working effectively across operational teams to ensure we deliver results and an end-to-end excellent customer experience.About usBusiness Stream is one of the largest water retailers in the UK and a trusted service provider to over 300,000 business customers.
