Job Description

A well-established Scottish Law firm known for providing high-quality Legal services across various sectors, is now seeking a talented and ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic team in Edinburgh.The firms Real Estate team is renowned for its expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional Client service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a broad range of Real Estate transactions, including Acquisitions, Disposals, Leases, and development projects
  • Advising Clients on Property Law matters, ensuring compliance with Legal requirements and best practices
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, Leases, and other Legal documents
  • Conducting due diligence and managing Real Estate transactions from inception to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong Client relationships through effective communication and Client service
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive Legal support to Clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with between NQ-3 years PQE in Real Estate Law
  • Strong knowledge of Scottish Property Law and Commercial Real Estate transactions
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with Clients and colleagues
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
