Job Description

Are you looking for a Temporary Part time role as an Administrator Look no further!Job Title: Temporary Part Time AdministratorLocation: East Lothian - Parking availableStart Date: ASAPLength: End of AugustHourly Rate: £12.30 - £13.00 per hour depending on experienceHours: Wednesday - Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm (Must be able to commit to full time hours for the first week whilst receiving training)Full Details:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, providing excellent customer service from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Answer inbound calls through their internal system, ensuring a friendly and professional approach.
  • Manage mailboxes, keeping track of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Keep databases up to date, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
  • Take care of postal runs, ensuring timely delivery of important documents.
  • Provide general office support and administration, assisting with various tasks as needed.
  • The hourly rate for this position ranges from £12.30 to £13.00 per hour, depending on experience.
