Insurance Account Handler | Ellesmere Port | £35K + Bonus | HybridAre you an experienced Insurance Account Handler looking for your next career move Our client, a prestigious insurance brokerage in Ellesmere Port, is expanding their team and offers an exciting opportunity for growth!Location: Ellesmere Port, CheshireSalary: Up to £35,000 + BonusJob Type: Full-time, HybridAbout Our Client: With over 25 years in the industry, our client is a well-established insurance broker specialising in a wide range of commercial policies. Theyre known for their exceptional customer service and commitment to employee development.Role Overview: As an Insurance Account Handler, youll work in a dynamic environment, managing diverse client accounts for new business and renewals. Youll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career alongside experienced Brokers and Account Executives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client enquiries and provide accurate quotations
  • Liaise with insurers and product providers
  • Arrange and manage insurance cover for clients
  • Process mid-term alterations and renewals
  • Manage client documentation and premium collections
  • Utilise broker software and computer systems effectively
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years experience in insurance broking, with focus on Commercial Insurance
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with broking software is advantageous
  • GCSE or equivalent education (A-Levels, degree, or CII qualifications preferred)
