Job Description

September 2024 Start DateDuties:- Develop and implement educational programs and policies that align with the schools mission and goals- Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing support and professional development opportunities- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community- Oversee the schools budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively- Collaborate with district administrators to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations- Manage school operations, including scheduling, facilities maintenance, and student discipline- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data analysis and strategic planning- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in educationSkills:- Strong educational background with a minimum of a Masters degree in Education or related field- Previous experience in an educational leadership role, such as Assistant Principal or Principal- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, staff, and community members- Ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving academic success- Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices- Familiarity with educational technology tools and their integration into teaching and learning processes- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesWe offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience.If you are passionate about education and have the skills necessary to lead a school community towards excellence, we encourage you to apply for the position of School Principal.
