Looking to join a global organisation and play a vital role in their UK successAre you resilient, ambitious and great at building rapport with potential clientsWere looking for a proactive, sales focused, results-driven individual with a lead generation, account management, telesales or sales background ideally within a B2B environment to join this incredible business as their Inside Sales Specialist.With a focus on consultative sales when it comes to lead generation, youll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and productivity.Heres some of areas youll be focusing on:

Achieving direct and indirect sales targets
Contributing to the development and growth of new sales channels
Tracking and analysis of sales KPIs
Researching and identifying potential leads
Developing a network of contacts in different vertical markets to generate new leads
Engage and qualify prospects
Utilise CRM tools to keep information up to date
Qualifying of inbound customer enquiries
Attending trade fairs, customer events and workshops

Being confident making outbound cold calls is essential, along with being self-motivated and highly organised! Knowledge of Salesforce specifically would be great or another CRM.Ideally youll have sales experience, but were also keen to hear from you if youre looking to get into sales and have some good customer service experience.Location:Ely, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid working available)Hours:Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours per weekSalary:c£25,000 basic + attractive OTE + excellent benefitsEA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy.
