The position will appeal to a strong setter looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.Role Description:

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Following with the extrusion plan
Changing material blends to match planned recipes
Booking rolls onto the companys stock control system and labelling product directly
Carry out basic maintenance of extrusion machinery such as roller and die cleaning, and vacuum system maintenance
Working with your team to maintain a clean, safe working area adhering to strict housekeeping rules
Setting up & maintaining efficient running of the extrusion lines
Quality sampling of finished sheet, focussing on gauge, clarity and slip properties
Supporting achievement of department KPIs with regards to Output, Waste and Quality Rejects
